Become a Member
Individual members from the first meeting with your employer to the Industrial Court. Mediation and Conciliation services. For Companies we have recognition certificates for ( TSTT, R.B.P. Lifts Limited, Hilton Trinidad and Conference Centre and PBS Technologies) we represent our members through their respective collective agreements from the shop floor to the Industrial Court through the grievance procedure.
Steps to joining and becoming a member of the CWU:
Dues are calculated at 2% of your monthly salary ( x 3 months) and a one (1) time initiation fee of $20.00 For example if 2% of your monthly salary is $100.00 you will therefore need to pay only once (300.00 + $20.00).
Each month thereafter will be a payment of $100.00.
Thereafter each month you are required to pay just 2% of your monthly salary.
Three months is to ensure that you are a financial member in good standing.
